Barry Moore joined Congressmen Buddy Carter (GA-01), Bruce Westerman (AR-04), Western Caucus Chairman Dan Newhouse (WA-04) and 109 of his colleagues in a letter asking the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Administrator Michael Regan for a recission of the EPA’s final rule on the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for fine particulate matter (PM2.5).

Barry Moore (AL-02) participated in a House Freedom Caucus press conference to discuss the need for true Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) reform that includes a warrant requirement. The FBI has been using legal loopholes to turn Section 702 into a domestic spying authority, allowing these agencies to conduct hundreds of thousands of warrantless searches for Americans' private communications every year. The FBI used FISA Section 702 to spy on President Trump's campaign.

These missionaries have worked diligently to abide by the law while sharing the Good News of the Gospel with the Nicaraguan people, and their arrest has left families without income and children without parents. Congressman Moore asks that the Nicaraguan government release these pastors immediately.
