This legislation only shuts down the border after 5,000 people per day enter, provides $2.3 billion in taxpayer funds for refugees, increases green cards by 50,000 per year, and provides $60 billion to Ukraine while only providing $20 billion to secure our own border.

This legislation forces President Biden to deport illegal immigrants who have been convicted or committed the offense of driving while drunk or impaired.
