Washington, D.C. - This week, Rep. Barry Moore (AL-02) participated in a House Freedom Caucus press conference to discuss the need for true Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) reform that includes a warrant requirement. The FBI has been using legal loopholes to turn Section 702 into a domestic spying authority, allowing these agencies to conduct hundreds of thousands of warrantless searches for Americans' private communications every year. The FBI used FISA Section 702 to spy on President Trump's campaign.

Washington, D.C. - Today, Rep. Barry Moore provided a video update on the eleven Nicaraguan pastors affiliated with Mountain Gateway Ministries that are currently imprisoned in Nicaragua on trumped up charges.

These missionaries have worked diligently to abide by the law while sharing the Good News of the Gospel with the Nicaraguan people, and their arrest has left families without income and children without parents. Congressman Moore asks that the Nicaraguan government release these pastors immediately.
