Rep. Barry Moore on another CR: "We should be funding Trump's wall, defunding the invasion"
Washington, D.C. — Today, Rep. Barry Moore opposed H.R.7463, another continuing resolution that prolongs the out-of-control spending levels set by Biden and Pelosi that fuel our 17.9% inflation rate. This legislation provides no funding for President Trump's border wall. More than 600,000 illegal alien criminals and 300 on the terrorist watchlist have entered through our open southern border under Biden.
Congressman Moore signed the Immigration Accountability Project pledge to oppose all government funding until action is taken to secure our southern border.
"Instead of kicking the can down the road once again, the number one priority of Congress should be funding Trump's wall and defunding the invasion at our border,” said Moore. "In just the last week, we've seen countless stories across the country about heinous crimes committed by illegals. We need to pass legislation that funds the wall and defunds Biden's backdoor contributions to organizations to send illegals to a city near you. It shouldn't take more tragedies for the border to become our priority."
