The Sunset and Repeal Caucus was co-founded by Representatives Michael Cloud and Barry Moore. Our goal is simple yet ambitious: Make the federal government so small that it’s not worth corrupting. We're tackling the problem of old laws that may have once been useful but are now outdated, wasteful, and potentially harmful-
The Sunset and Repeal Caucus is dedicated to identifying and repealing such outdated laws, actively working to eliminate the legislative clutter that no longer serves the public interest. Our focus extends to monitoring various federal agencies, scrutinizing rules and programs that are deemed unnecessary or overly burdensome, and hence, a misappropriation of taxpayer funds.
