This bill provides federal criminal record relief for survivors of human trafficking who were compelled to commit offenses as a direct consequence of their victimization.

Andrew Clyde (R-GA) and 29 of his Republican colleagues in a letter to Georgia Governor Brian Kemp and Georgia Attorney General Christopher Carr asking for an immediate investigation into Fani Willis’ alleged misconduct, corruption, and abuse of federal funds.
Washington, D.C. — Rep. Barry Moore introduced the Public Health Emergency Accountability Act. This legislation would allow public health emergencies, which are declared by the Secretary of Health and Human Services, to automatically terminate every 90 days. These emergency declarations would need to approval of Congress to extend beyond 90 days.
