Washington, D.C.- Today, Rep. Barry Moore (AL-02) voted for a resolution to establish a bipartisan task force on the attempted assassination of Donald J. Trump. The task force will be empowered with subpoena authority to investigate the short falls of Secret Service and other personnel that led to an assassin getting within 150 feet from President Trump.

Democrats want noncitizens to vote

This week, House Republicans passed the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act, which would uphold and strengthen current law that permits only U.S. citizens to vote in Federal elections.  

Days before this vote, President Biden said he would oppose the SAVE Act because “it would make it much harder for all eligible Americans to register to vote and increase the risk that eligible voters are purged from the rolls.”
