This legislation provides new non-defense discretionary spending totaling $25.417 billion, which is 35% below the 2023 bill and $21.371 billion below the President's Budget Request. This bill reins in federal spending while prioritizing critical needs, and ends Biden's job-killing Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) rule.
