Each November 11th, Americans come together to honor our nation’s heroes. This year, I had the honor of speaking at Veterans Day events in Prattville and Wetumpka to thank our many veterans and their families for their service and sacrifice. With both Army Fort Rucker and Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base, our district benefits from having a high veteran population. As someone fortunate enough to have served our nation in the National Guard, I take a special pride in the number of veteran constituents I serve in Congress.
Washington, D.C. — Early this morning, Rep. Barry Moore (AL-02) voted against passage of the Democrats' $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill. Moore also voted against a procedural motion to provide a path forward for the Democrats multi-trillion dollar tax-and-spend reconciliation bill.

On his first day in office, President Biden cancelled the Keystone XL pipeline – and the 11,000 American jobs that came with it. Apparently, pipelines – which every American depends on and will for the foreseeable future – are bad to Biden. Yet one of his foreign policy priorities has been greasing the wheels for Russia to build a pipeline of its own!
