Barry Moore (AL-02) voted in support of H.R. 4365, the FY24 Defense Appropriations Act. This legislation invests in America's military superiority to deter China, combats fentanyl, enhancing oversight programs to ensure the appropriate use of taxpayer funds, prohibits woke curriculum, protects innocent life, and provides a 5.2% pay raise for all military personnel.

Washington, D.C. — Today, Rep. Barry Moore (AL-02) voted in favor of H.R. 1435, the Preserving Choice in Vehicle Purchases Act. This legislation prevents the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from using vehicle emission standard waivers as a tool to restrict or ban the sale and use of vehicles powered by internal combustion engines.

Migrant encounters for August 2023 are set to exceed 230,000, which makes it the sixth month on record this year with more than 200,000 encounters.
