This legislation would end the Biden Administration's recent rule that punishes Americans with good credit scores. The rule mandates borrowers with good credit ratings pay higher fees to cover those with poor credit ratings.

Washington, D.C. - Today, Rep. Barry Moore (AL-02) participated in the House Judiciary Committee's hearing for the purposes of questioning Special Counsel John Durham on his report regarding the FBI's investigation of supposed "Russian collusion" by the 2016 Trump campaign. Moore questioned Durham about his findings on the Clinton campaign's solicitation of the Steele dossier, which Durham noted to be disinformation.
