Barry Moore (AL-01) led debate on the House floor for H.R. 3492, the Protect Children's Innocence Act, which protects children from doctors who are pushing radical surgeries and procedures. H.R. 3492 codifies an Executive Order signed by President Trump in January 2025 that directed the Department of Health and Human Services to end the chemical and surgical mutilation of children.
