Washington, D.C. — Today, Rep. Barry Moore (AL-01) introduced the Feral Swine Eradication Act, the bicameral Feral Swine Eradication Act. This legislation extends the Feral Swine Eradication and Control Pilot Program (FSCP). Feral swine are consistently detrimental to farmer’s, rancher’s and forester’s operations, raking in $1.5 billion in damages every year.

Washington D.C. - Today, Rep. Barry Moore (AL-01) introduced the Readiness Over Wokeness Act. This legislation will codify President Trump's Executive Order that reversed a Biden Administration policy of allowing transgender individuals to serve in the military. Cosponsors include Reps.

Washington, D.C.- Today, Representative Barry Moore (R-AL) announced the following dates, times, and locations for his 2025 monthly remote office hours throughout Alabama's First Congressional District.

These remote office hours are a chance for Rep. Moore's team to serve constituents in cities not located near a district office. The team can assist with federal agencies such as the VA, IRS and Social Security, as well as services such as passport processing.

Washington, D.C. — Rep. Barry Moore (AL-01), Rep. Terri Sewell (AL-07), and Rep. Jake Ellzey (TX-06) introduced legislation to expand opportunities for Service-Disabled Veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB). This legislation amends the Small Business Act to include surviving children in the definition of small business concern owned and controlled by service-disabled Veterans.
