Rep. Moore announces key staff promotions and new addition
Washington, D.C. — Rep. Barry Moore (AL-02) has announced several key promotions and a new hire within his congressional office. Madison Green has been promoted to Chief of Staff, while Marshall Macheledt will serve as Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director. Emery Washington will take on the role of Communications Director, and Taylor Keel has been elevated to Legislative Assistant covering his Agriculture Committee portfolio. Additionally, Brittany Young joins the team as Scheduler.

"Their experience and understanding of our office's mission will ensure a seamless transition as they take on these new responsibilities."

Madison Green-Gentile, a two-time University of Alabama alumna and former staffer in President Trump's first Administration has been promoted to Chief of Staff after serving as Deputy Chief of Staff and Communications Director for Congressman Barry Moore.

Marshall Macheledt will continue to lead Congressman Barry Moore's legislative team, having previously served as a senior legislative assistant for Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio, the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, on which Rep. Moore serves. In his new role, Macheledt's responsibilities will encompass crime and law enforcement, election security, FEMA, oversight, and Second Amendment issues. Additionally, he will serve as Deputy Chief of Staff.

Emery Washington, a former communications staffer for the 2024 Donald J. Trump for President campaign and previous Digital Director and Press Secretary for Congressman Barry Moore, will take on the role of Communications Director.

Taylor Keel, a native of Slocomb, Alabama, previously served as a Legislative Aide, Constituent Correspondent, and Staff Assistant for Congressman Barry Moore. In her new role, Keel will focus on Agriculture, Animal Welfare, Broadband, Environment, Food, and Natural Resources.

Brittany Young, a Texas native and former staff and press assistant for Rep. Bob Good (VA-5), former Chairman of the House Freedom Caucus, has joined Team Moore as scheduler.
