Rep. Barry Moore supports resolution to stop politicization of retirement accounts

Washington, D.C. — Today, Rep. Barry Moore (AL-02) voted in favor of H.J. Res.30, a Congressional Review Act (CRA) measure that would end the Department of Labor's recent rule allowing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investing in employer-sponsored retirement plans. Moore is also a co-sponsor of this resolution.

"The Biden Administration is playing politics while families are trying to secure their futures,” said Moore. "Americans have already been forced to deal with economic upheaval due to Biden's policies. The last thing they need is another rule that endangers their hard-earned retirement to advance a partisan political agenda."
