Rep. Barry Moore supports resolution slamming Biden's ESG veto
Washington, D.C. — Today, Rep. Barry Moore (AL-02) voted to overturn President Biden's veto of H.J. Res.30, a Congressional Review Act (CRA) measure that would end the Department of Labor's recent rule allowing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investing in employer-sponsored retirement plans. Moore is also a co-sponsor of this resolution. "Biden's ESG rule jeopardizes the hard-earned retirement savings of 150 million Americans to advance a radical social and environmental agenda,” said Moore. "This rule is so harmful that it received a bipartisan rejection in the House and the Senate, but Biden continues to prioritize wokeness over the needs of the American people."
