Rep. Barry Moore supports legislation to end vaccine mandate for travelers

February 8, 2023

Washington, D.C. — Today, Rep. Barry Moore (AL-02) voted in support of H.R. 185, legislation sponsored by Rep. Thomas Massie (KY-04) that would terminate the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) vaccine mandate currently in place for foreign travelers.

"This vaccine mandate on travelers is unconstitutional and unscientific, and it should join every other Covid vaccine mandate in being tossed into the dustbin of history,” said Moore. “I am proud to support Rep. Thomas Massie in this effort to keep families from being separated any longer over an experimental vaccine."
