Rep. Barry Moore supports continuing resolution to reopen government

Washington, D.C. — Today, Representative Barry Moore (AL-01) released the following statement regarding the successful reopening of the federal government after passage of a continuing resolution (CR) and three-bill minibus:

“I’m glad to see the government reopening and I'm proud to support this CR and three-bill minibus combination that gets our troops paid, federal workers back on the job, and essential services running again. This is a great step toward restoring stability and trust in government while giving us time to craft responsible, conservative funding solutions. I’ll keep working to make sure we use this opportunity to strengthen our border, cut wasteful spending, and put the needs of the American people first.”
