Rep. Barry Moore slams Biden's Title IX rule

Washington, D.C.- Today, Rep. Barry Moore supported a Congressional Review Act resolution introduced by Rep. Mary Miller (R-IL) that would stop the Biden Administration's final Title IX rule. This new rule erases vital protections for women and girls by removing female-only spaces such as locker rooms and bathrooms and allows biological males to compete in women's sports. This rule also chills the free speech rights of students and educators who disagree with it. Moore is a co-sponsor of this resolution.

"The Biden Administration's new rule makes Title IX obsolete by stripping away all protections from women and girls," said Moore. "I have two daughters and a granddaughter, and I am disgusted by Biden's crusade against biological reality that undermines their opportunities for success. We must fight to uphold true Title IX protections and ensure that every woman has the opportunity to thrive in a safe environment."
