Rep. Barry Moore blasts DHS for allowing illegal immigrants to use arrest warrants to board flights

Washington, D.C. — Rep. Barry Moore (AL-02) joined a letter calling on the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of the Inspector General to immediately review a policy by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) that allows illegal immigrants to use civil immigration arrest warrants to board domestic flights.

“Allowing illegal immigrants to use arrest warrants to board an aircraft is just the latest example of the Biden Administration prioritizing the radical agenda of the Left over the safety of American citizens,” said Moore. “Mass importation of illegal immigrants despite their criminal history places American lives in danger in every community in this nation and is an unacceptable national security risk. I am proud to join my colleagues to immediately review the policy.”
